Universal Banker Part-Time (20 Hours) - Thornwood Branch

Responsibilities

• Aid in basic account openings for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions according to bank policies and procedures.
• Refer potential sales opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in branch sales activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain a strong ethical stance, and report control issues transparently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,030.00 - $65,270.00 annually, with an hourly rate of $24.05 - $31.37. Additional benefits include:
