Responsibilities
- Aid in the basic account opening for existing customers.
- Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
- Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Refer opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
- Create sales opportunities from service transactions and promptly address customer complaints and issues.
- Participate in branch sales and service activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc.
- Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
- Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain a strong reputation for the firm, and report control issues transparently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,030.00 - $65,270.00 annually, with an hourly rate of $24.05 - $31.37. Additional benefits include:
