About the role
The Universal Banker II at Westmont is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing relationships with existing customers, and expanding the bank’s customer base through proactive outreach.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries and transactions in person and via phone.
- Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential new customers and assist in converting leads into sales.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in using banking software and systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
