About the role
Responsible for providing high-quality customer service, handling transactions, and assisting customers with banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions in a timely manner.
- Manage cash and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Provide assistance with account opening, transfers, and other financial services.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using bank software and hardware.
