We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" and "Position Overview". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: Who We Are (company description), Position Overview (description of role), Essential Job Function – All Levels (list of duties), Additional Responsibilities/Focus of Senior Universal Banker (Level 2), Additional Responsibilities/Focus of Universal Relationship Banker (Level 3), Minimum Requirements (per level), Competencies – All levels, Preferred, But Not Required, Compensation & Benefits (pay ranges, variable pay, benefits note). Also schedule: "This is an onsite position requiring availability during branch operating hours, including Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 1:00pm." That's schedule info. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe Position Overview), Responsibilities (Essential Job Function + Additional responsibilities), Requirements (Minimum Requirements), Qualifications (maybe Competencies), Skills (maybe part of competencies), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should not repeat job title. We'll include sections: About the role (Who We Are + Position Overview?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Ensure we only include sections with real content. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Who We Are: paragraph about Old Second. Position Overview: description of Universal Banker positions levels I, II, III responsibilities. Essential Job Function – All Levels: list of duties (multiple sentences). We'll turn into

    • items. Additional Responsibilities/Focus of Senior Universal Banker (Level 2): bullet points. Additional Responsibilities/Focus of Universal Relationship Banker (Level 3): bullet points. Minimum Requirements: three levels with specifics. We'll need to preserve each level's requirements. Could format as
      • for each level? Or separate

? But only allowed headings are

        . We can't use

. So we need to embed within

        or

          . Probably use
          • for each level's requirements. Competencies – All levels: list of competencies. Preferred, But Not Required: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Compensation & Benefits: includes base pay ranges per level, variable pay eligibility, benefits note. Schedule: mention of onsite position requiring availability during branch operating hours. Benefits: The posting says "Benefits: How We Support You - Old Second Thanks for considering Old Second!" That's vague, no actual benefits listed. So we should not create a Benefits section unless there is real specific content. The line is just a heading with no detail. According to instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It states "Benefits: How We Support You - Old Second Thanks for considering Old Second!" That's not specific benefits. So we should omit Benefits section. Pay: we have base pay ranges and variable pay. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: we have schedule info. Thus sections: About the role (maybe combine Who We Are and Position Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe Competencies), Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't create thin sections. We'll combine where appropriate. Let's craft HTML:

            About the role

Then Responsibilities: combine Essential Job Function – All Levels plus Additional responsibilities for levels 2 and 3. We'll create

We'll combine all into one
maybe with subheadings? But we cannot use other headings. Could just list all items; it's okay. Requirements: Minimum Requirements per level. We'll create
                • for each level. Level 1: High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, office, etc.); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming role and meet Bank training requirements. This is an onsite position requiring availability during branch operating hours, including Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 1:00pm. Level 2: High school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, office, etc.); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming role and meet Bank training requirements. This is an onsite position requiring availability during branch operating hours, including Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 1:00pm. Level 3: High school diploma (or equivalent) and three or more years of related experience which includes some banking and/or sales, client relationship management, consultancy experience, or cash handling, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming role and meet Bank training requirements. Must successfully complete Universal (Relationship) Banker Cross Training Development Plan curriculum (or equivalent experience). This is an onsite position requiring availability during branch operating hours, including Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 1:00pm. Note: schedule repeats; we could move schedule to separate Schedule section and not repeat in requirements. But we need to preserve all info; we can keep schedule in Requirements but also have Schedule section. However duplication might be considered duplicated lines; we should avoid duplication. Better to put schedule in its own section and not repeat in requirements. So we can omit schedule from requirements and just keep the experience/education parts. But we must preserve all substantive info; if we remove schedule from requirements, we still have it in Schedule section, so it's preserved. Good. Thus Requirements section will contain only education/experience and licensing etc. Let's extract: Level 1: High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, office, etc.); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming role and meet Bank training requirements. Level 2: High school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, office, etc.); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming role and meet Bank training requirements. We'll put each as
                • . Qualifications: Competencies – All levels list. - Demonstration of excellent customer service and professional communication. - Dedication to product promotion, sales referrals, and cross selling products/services. - Math and computer proficiency. - Technical aptitude toward learning and utilizing bank software applications. - Basic understanding of banking, check processing, credits and debits. - Focus and organization during periods of high volume or interruption. - Reliable: dedication & commitment to work; follow-through on all tasks. - Knowledge and compliance with bank rules and regulations. Preferred, But Not Required: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. We could include that in Qualifications as a note. Pay: Compensation & Benefits section includes base pay ranges per level and variable
