About the role

As a Universal Banker I at Garfield Ridge, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage accounts, and assist customers in banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage customer accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations
• Process loan applications and assist customers in obtaining financing
• Provide financial advice and guidance to customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
