Essential Functions
- Relationship and Business Development (40%): Process new account transactions, identify customer needs, promote products, and open/maintain/close accounts.
- Customer Service (30%): Assist with inquiries, provide additional services, answer basic questions, and direct visitors.
- Branch Operations/Ownership (20%): Record transactions, balance cash, operate equipment, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Additional Functions (10%): Work overtime, assist other departments, and perform other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for post-secondary certificates or degrees in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in banking, insurance, or a related field.
- Licenses and Certifications: No required licenses or certifications.
