About the role

The Universal Banker ll (UB ll) reports to the Bank Manager or Assistant Bank Manager and works in Desoto County, handling transactions, customer service, and lending duties.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processes transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account-related services.
• Safeguards the bank's assets by operating a cash drawer and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Utilizes CRM software to document financial information and build client relationships.
• Aids customers with account needs, opening and closing accounts, and other customer-related tasks.
• Assists with consumer lending, specifically Home Equity loans.
• Participates in daily and weekly meetings with the Bank Manager and assists with branch operations and sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computer software.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
