The Universal Banker position is available at our Salina S 9th branch, and bilingual (Spanish) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full service banking with a primary focus on sales and service to new and existing customers within the branch.
• Ability to focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits.
• Maintain and exceed sales and referral goals and meet/exceed individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.

Requirements

• Cash Handling experience is a MUST.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Banking experience is a plus but not required - WILL TRAIN!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
