Responsibilities
- Unearths members' financial needs and offers appropriate recommendations.
- Engages in proactive activities to foster member growth and satisfaction.
- Supports and resolves complex member issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Trains and educates members on using all electronic service delivery channels.
- Handles electronic messaging, inbound phone, and video calls related to member accounts or general inquiries.
- Maintains compliance with relevant federal and state regulations and stays updated on fraud training and trends.
- Manages and maintains member records according to established guidelines.
- Collaborates with team members to address complaints and provide necessary support.
- Processes financial transactions, including cash handling.
- Performs operational responsibilities such as auditing, ITM/ATM maintenance, cash management, and vault maintenance.
- Supervises and trains team members across various markets/branches as needed.
- Maintains authority to discipline subordinates as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in service delivery, with preferred cash handling experience.
- Proven experience in technology usage.
- Avid user of financial institution's online tools for personal banking.
Qualifications
Preferred College Degree, must have High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay
Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00
Schedule
Full time, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with rotating half-day Saturdays.
