Responsibilities

• Build genuine, lasting relationships with members and become their trusted financial resource
• Originate and close consumer loans, credit cards, auto, and personal, from application to funding
• Open and manage accounts: checking, savings, IRAs, HSAs, and certificates
• Recommend products that fit what members need; no hollow upsells, just real solutions
• Show up at community events and help grow Mutual 1st's presence across Omaha
• Compete to hit and beat your goals, and celebrate when your team does the same

Requirements

• Natural seller and people-person
• Desire for a career with real upward momentum
• Experience in banking, financial services, or a sales-driven customer service role is a plus

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm; Rotating Saturday 8:45am - 12:00pm
