About the role
AudioCodes is seeking a Technical Support Team Leader to plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects for Voice and Unified Communications solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or similar field
- Three years’ experience leading technical support with an emphasis on VoIP
- Understanding of VoIP/IP and various protocols such as SIP, H.323, RTP, WebRTC, and TLS
- Experience with SBCs and MSBR
