About the Role

This HR Solutions Manager role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives across our U.S. operations, implementing innovative HR solutions that advance both our business objectives and employee experience. The role is responsible for HR solutions delivery across all associates within the United States, including policy and process creation, HR metrics management, employee relations, and collaboration with stakeholders within HR and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Inform and execute HR strategy aligned with U.S.-specific business priorities and ensure visibility across sites and business segments.
  • Partner with global HRBPs and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver on business objectives within the region.
  • Serve as the regional expert across the U.S., supporting diverse associate populations with unique legal and cultural contexts.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on HR processes and policies impacting individual business units nationwide.
  • Develop strategy for union relationships and labor engagement within the U.S.
  • Implement standardized employee relations (ER) discipline and processes to ensure consistent practices and compliance.
  • Lead centralized processes for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Handle escalated employee relations investigations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for U.S. HR policies and regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with site HRBPs on new policy implementation and associated change management.
  • Lead due diligence and HR integration or divestiture efforts for M&A activity in the U.S.
  • Support special projects and enterprise-wide HR initiatives as needed.
  • Monitor and improve HR service delivery metrics and operational efficiency.
  • Drive change management initiatives that support business transformation and growth.
  • Design metrics and analytics frameworks to measure program effectiveness and impact.
  • Address complex HR challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment, particularly within highly regulated industries.
  • Adapt HR strategies to meet business needs in response to market shifts and challenges, ensuring long-term alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR business partner role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, processes, and/or policies in a global context.
  • Proficient in data analytics and tools, including advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive results in matrix organizations.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations issues and organizational changes.

Pay

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is $97,500.00 - $156,975.00. Actual pay may differ depending on prior experience and geographic location.
