Piedmont Community Services is seeking a Unit Supervisor to oversee the Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) serving Martinsville City, Henry County, and Franklin County areas.

About the role

The CSU Supervisor provides direct clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to program staff. Responsibilities include assisting service leads in day-to-day management, supervision, and development of program services, as well as monitoring service quality and facility needs. The role also involves providing services to individuals, families, and groups as needed to meet program goals, and developing and maintaining working relationships with clients, their families, other Community Service Board (CSB) programs, and external resources.

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in provision of mental health services
• Valid driver’s license
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Willingness to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process
