Responsibilities
- Provides excellent, customer-focused service by prioritizing and navigating all internal and external calls in a prompt, respectful manner from both internal customers and the community.
- Schedules discharge follow-up appointments.
- Assists in recording traumas and codes within the facility.
- Performs other administrative or clerical duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Degree or GED.
- Prior healthcare clerical work experience (preferred, not required).
- Basic computer skills and 25 WPM typing skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in a rapidly changing environment.
