Unit Secretary - Per Diem
Job Summary
Hours: Per diem; as needed, Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, with some weekend and holidays from 8:00am-4:30pm when needed.

Responsibilities
- Phone coverage and triage of calls
- Act as a link between sites
- Scheduling and recording appointments
- Facilitate transportation
- Transcribe information
- Enter information into the McInnis House database
- Collate data
- Interface with patients and administrative staff
- Act as a member of the team of caregivers
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Relevant experience in a clinical or medical setting preferred but not required
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Medical terminology a plus
- Secretarial training a plus
- Bilingual proficiency a plus
Pay
The compensation is $22.25 per hour
