We know that a thriving organization starts with thriving employees-- we provide a competitive benefits program designed to ensure work/life balance. Every moment matters. And this is your moment. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's none. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph about location and culture? The "Work where every moment matters..." etc. That's about the role? Could be "About the role" or "About the organization". We'll treat as "About the role". - Responsibilities: The Job Summary and duties list. - Qualifications: The qualifications bullet list. - Skills: Could be extracted from qualifications: PC skills, medical terminology, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, etc. But we already have qualifications; maybe we separate Skills as separate section if there is specific skill content. The posting includes "PC skills and knowledge of medical terminology required. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines and balance multiple priorities required. Excellent communication skills". Those could be skills. We could put them under Skills. - Benefits: The paragraph about competitive benefits program designed to ensure work/life balance. That's specific enough? It says "we provide a competitive benefits program designed to ensure work/life balance." That's somewhat generic but it's a statement about benefits. It's not vague like "commensurate with experience". It's a specific statement: competitive benefits program. So we can include Benefits. - Pay: Not mentioned. So omit. - Schedule: Not mentioned. Omit. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to format. Let's extract content. About the role: The first paragraph(s) up to "Job Summary". Actually the location detail and culture description. Let's capture: "Location Detail: St Vincents Medical Center (10427) Work where every moment matters. Every day, more than 40,000 Hartford HealthCare colleagues come to work with one thing in common: Pride in what we do, knowing every moment matters here. We invite you to become part of Connecticut’s most comprehensive healthcare network. St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport has more than 3,200 employees and is a 473-bed Magnet recognized community teaching hospital. We pride ourselves on a culture of inclusivity, service and teamwork which extends throughout the department, from Providers who staff the unit 24/7 to our Unit Secretaries and Techs, who provide invaluable services to our patients." That is about the role/organization. We'll put as About the role. Responsibilities: The Job Summary and duties list. Let's capture: "Performs administrative and clerical duties in support of an assigned clinical area. Greets patients and visitors, answers/screens/routes telephone calls, files, distributes mail and performs other general clerical duties. Communicates with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare team members about patient care according to protocol. Types various reports and documents for unit staff. Assists with processing patient admissions, transfers and discharges. Assembles and maintains patient charts. Carries out unit specific clerical functions including but not limited to time keeping, recording, reporting and distribution meeting minutes. Obtains a variety of needed items necessary in order to facilitate patient care. Assists with all aspects of patient thru put. Other Duties as assigned" We need to turn into

    • for list items. The sentences are separated by periods; we can treat each sentence as a list item. However some sentences contain multiple duties separated by commas; but we can keep as list items. Qualifications: "High School Diploma/GED required Previous Healthcare or Medical Secretary Experience preferred. 1-2 years of previous secretarial/clerical experience required. PC skills and knowledge of medical terminology required. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines and balance multiple priorities required. Excellent communication skills" We could split into list items. Skills: Might be overlapping with qualifications; but we could separate skills: "PC skills and knowledge of medical terminology", "Ability to work under pressure and deadlines and balance multiple priorities", "Excellent communication skills". However those are already in qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we keep qualifications only and not create Skills. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we put skills separate, we might duplicate content. Better to combine qualifications and skills into one section? But we have headings: Qualifications, Skills. We could put qualifications under Qualifications, and skills under Skills if we can extract distinct skill statements not already covered. However the qualifications list includes PC skills, medical terminology, ability to work under pressure, communication skills. Those are skills. So we could put those under Skills and keep Qualifications for education/experience requirements. Let's split: Qualifications: Education and experience: "High School Diploma/GED required", "Previous Healthcare or Medical Secretary Experience preferred", "1-2 years of previous secretarial/clerical experience required". Skills: "PC skills and knowledge of medical terminology required", "Ability to work under pressure and deadlines and balance multiple priorities required", "Excellent communication skills". Benefits: "We provide a competitive benefits program designed to ensure work/life balance." We also have career development paragraph: "We take great care of careers With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth. Here, you are part of an organization on the cutting edge – helping to bring new technologies, breakthrough treatments and community education to countless men, women and children." That could be about career development; but we don't have a heading for that. Could be part of About the role or Benefits? It's about career development. Not a standard heading. Could be included in About the role as extra prose. We'll incorporate into About the role maybe after the location description. Thus About the role will include location detail, culture, and career development statements. Let's craft About the role prose: combine: "Location Detail: St Vincents Medical Center (10427) Work where every moment matters. We pride ourselves on a culture of inclusivity, service and teamwork which extends throughout the department, from Providers who staff the unit 24/7 to our Unit Secretaries and Techs, who provide invaluable services to our patients. We take great care of careers With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth. Here, you are part of an organization on the cutting edge – helping to bring new technologies, breakthrough treatments and community education to countless men, women and children." We need to ensure no duplicated lines. The phrase "We take great care of careers" seems missing a space after "careers". We'll keep as is. Now Responsibilities: list items. Qualifications: list items for education/experience. Skills: list items for skills. Benefits: paragraph. We must not include Pay or Schedule. Now produce HTML fragment:
