About the role
Support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and achieving positive clinical outcomes. Lead, coordinate, and oversee nursing and patient/resident care within an assigned unit. Ensure care delivery aligns with organizational mission, standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

- Manage human resources, including staffing, recruiting, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school or university.
- Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
