Unit Manager - RN

About the role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations on your assigned unit, provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations on your assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Read reports and utilize data accurately for various purposes.
• Organize and plan programs and manage personnel to provide nursing services.
• Plan and direct the department, coordinating with other departments.

Requirements

• Current RN license by State required.
• Experience in long-term care or working with the geriatric population preferred.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Clerical ability to handle reports and data accurately.
• Skill in organizing and planning programs and managing personnel.
