Unit Manager- RN

Position: Unit Manager - RN/LPN Location: Madison, WI Shift: Full-time Compensation : Salary + ALL benefits Key Responsibilities:Oversee nursing staff and daily clinical operations.Ensure quality resident care and compliance with state and federal regulations.Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff.Maintain nursing standards and manage departmental budgets.Ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements. Requirements:5+ years of RN or LPN experience.Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey requirements.
