Unit Manager - RN

About the role

Park Manor of Southbelt is seeking an experienced Unit Manager for an RN 2‑10p, Monday‑Friday shift. The facility provides a wide range of on‑site services to residents, including activities, clinical laboratory, dental, dietary, housekeeping, mental health, nursing, occupational therapy, pharmacy, physician extender, physical therapy, physician, podiatry, social work, speech/language pathology, and diagnostic x‑ray services.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight
• Be PCC proficient
• Perform admissions
• Demonstrate good time management
• Maintain a friendly demeanor
• Apply strong clinical skills
• Show versatility in various tasks

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Previous long‑term care or comparable hospital experience
• At least 6 months of management experience
• Current Texas RN Nursing License

Schedule

RN 2‑10p, Monday‑Friday shift.
