About the role
Responsible for managing patient care in a hospital setting. Oversee daily operations, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care and treatment plans
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage staff schedules and resources
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
- Assist in resolving patient complaints and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in managing a team of nurses
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
