About the role
Park Manor of Southbelt is seeking an experienced Unit Manager for a full-time position from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is provided
- Manage admissions process
- Show good time management skills
- Show friendliness and provide good clinical skills
- Show versatility in handling various tasks
Requirements
- Must have supervisory experience
- Must be PCC proficient
- Must be able to perform admissions
- Must show good clinical skills
- Must be friendly
- Must have at least 6 months of management experience
- Must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Must have a current Texas RN Nursing License
Qualifications
- Previous long-term care or comparable hospital experience
Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
