Complete Care Brakeley Park is seeking a Full-Time RN or LPN Unit Manager for the day shift, Monday through Friday, in Phillipsburg, NJ. We are looking for an energetic nursing professional with a passion for leadership, a commitment to exceptional care, and a positive attitude to oversee a Long-Term Care Unit and inspire a supportive, skilled care team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the unit.
• Oversee clinical care and ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Mentor and support nursing staff to promote growth and teamwork.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Valid NJ RN License (required).
• Proven leadership experience in long-term or acute care settings.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to inspire those around you.

Pay

Up to $47/hour.
