Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient needs, providing optimal care and guidance
- Observe and interpret patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
- Perform routine procedures and maintain accurate patient charts
- Administer medication and treatments in line with physician orders
Requirements
- Active RN/LPN License in the State of Georgia
- Prior working experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting
- Ability to give direction and motivate a team
