Responsibilities
- Direct nursing staff and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Manage patient care plans
- Administer medications
- Respond to emergencies
- Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Provide high-quality patient care
- Coordinate with Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Respond to safety situations
- Demonstrate leadership on the floor
Requirements
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in good standing
- Geriatric nursing experience preferred
