About the role

Responsibilities
- Direct patient care and coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient and effective treatment plans.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and support to medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to improve patient flow and reduce wait times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant healthcare experience.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Current licensure/certification in relevant field.
- Experience with healthcare information systems and databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
