Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient and effective treatment plans.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and support to medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with administrative teams to improve patient flow and reduce wait times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current licensure/certification in relevant field.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and databases.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
