About the role
Unit Manager responsible for leading daily operations of a long-term care and post-acute unit within a Healthcare & Medical Services department.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing and support staff to ensure safe, resident-centered care in line with a faith-based, mission-driven culture.
- Provide clinical oversight, care coordination, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, manage budgets, and support staff development.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to promote dignity, compassion, and positive outcomes.
- Foster continuous improvement within a collaborative environment.
