About the role
Gig Harbor Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join their leadership team. RN preferred. SNF experience strongly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team-focused environment with strong clinical leadership and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a nursing unit, ensuring patient care quality and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed in this state.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Two (2) years’ experience of nursing supervisory experience.
