About the role

As a Unit Manager at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Alice Manor, you will play a critical role in leading our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, including staff management, resident care, and facility maintenance
• Coinciding with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
