About the role
We are currently hiring a Unit Manager at Accela Rehab & Care Center at Somerton, located at 650 Edison Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19116.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations of the unit
- S supporting and guiding nursing staff
- Ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance
- Communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- A current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
