About the role
The Acute Care Hospital Unit Clerk Float position at Gifford Medical Center is a dynamic role directed by the House Nurse Supervisor/Nursing leadership. The position involves floating throughout various acute care departments including Emergency Department (ED), Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg), Behavioral Health (BC), and Surgical Services. Duties may include performing ED tech/LNA care, coordinating unit activities, providing secretarial support, and handling registration functions.
Responsibilities
