Unit Aide

Responsibilities

• To assist with resident care by providing unit-based services that do not require certification.
• Assists with resident food and hydration by passing trays, providing fresh water in rooms, providing hands-on dining assistance and overseeing the operations of the dining room at mealtimes.
• Assists with resident transportation by providing internal and out-of-the-facility escort services as needed.
• Attends to resident personal clothing by performing laundry services, cleaning closets/dressers/drawers, labelling items as necessary.
• Attends to unit environmental needs by making unoccupied beds, keeping linen rooms/carts neat and orderly, keeping nourishment refrigerator clean and orderly, re-stocking supplies in residents' rooms as needed.
• Assists with reducing clutter in resident rooms.

Qualifications

Min USD $15.50/Hr. Max USD $21.70/Hr.
