Unique Indoor Comfort of Philadelphia - HVAC Install Coordinator

Ace Hardware Corporation · King of Prussia, PA · 1 mo ago
Manufacturing$20–$25/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections with real specific content. The posting includes compensation details: "$20 - $25 per hour". That's Pay. Also schedule? Not explicit schedule. No schedule info. Benefits are listed. About the role: there is "About This Role" paragraph. Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list. Requirements: maybe "Required Skills" and "Physical Requirements". Qualifications? Not separate. Skills: maybe "Required Skills". We need to map. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, disclaimers, application instructions, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Keep substantive info. We need to preserve all substantive info: Who We Are paragraph, About This Role paragraph, What You’ll Do bullet list, Required Skills bullet list (including high school diploma etc), Physical Requirements bullet list, Benefits list, Compensation details. We must not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to decide which headings to use. Possible sections: - About the role (or About This Role) -> h3 About the role (or About This Role). Use "About the role" as per instruction. - Responsibilities -> h3 Responsibilities (What You’ll Do) - Requirements -> h3 Requirements (maybe combine Required Skills and Physical Requirements? Could separate into Skills and Qualifications but we have Skills heading. Could do Requirements for required skills and qualifications, and Skills for maybe additional? But we have both Required Skills and Physical Requirements. Could put Required Skills under Requirements, Physical Requirements also under Requirements? Or we could have Skills heading for Required Skills, and maybe Qualifications for Physical Requirements? However Physical Requirements are not qualifications but requirements. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which are appropriate. We have content for: - About the role: paragraph about role. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. - Requirements: maybe high school diploma, ability to multitask, communication skills, proficiency with MS Suite, prior customer service experience a plus, experience with Service-Titan preferred but not required. That's qualifications/skills. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could combine. - Skills: maybe the same as Required Skills? Could be redundant. Better to follow typical structure: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, skills), Benefits, Pay. We can omit Qualifications and Skills if they'd be duplicate. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. If we omit Skills, we might lose the explicit "Required Skills" list. But we can put that under Requirements. Physical Requirements also can be under Requirements. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Check if any schedule info: none. Now we need to format. Use

for each section heading. Under each heading, use

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not include any extra markup like etc. We need to preserve all substantive info: Who We Are paragraph? That's about company. Could be part of About the role? Might be separate "About the company". Not in allowed headings list but we could put under About the role? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but says use those for section headings. Likely we should stick to those. The "Who We Are" could be considered part of About the role? Might be better to include as a

under About the role heading before responsibilities. Thus About the role section will contain two paragraphs: Who We Are and About This Role. Now Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You’ll Do". Need to capture each bullet. Let's extract: - Communicate with the sales team to book solid installations - Schedule installations and assign install crews in Service-Titan - Keep in communication with customers regarding scheduling and timelines for completion - Prepare any permits or needed documents prior to installation - Maintain and update the Install Boards - Ensure proper equipment has been recorded in the customers records - Register all equipment as needed - Register rebates for the company and customers as needed - Assist customers with scheduling inspections or any post-installation matters - Make post-installation follow-up calls to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction Now Requirements: combine Required Skills and Physical Requirements. Required Skills list: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization - Strong communication skills, written and verbal - Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook - Prior customer service experience is a PLUS!!! - Experience with Service-Titan preferred but not required Physical Requirements list: - Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8-hour workday. - Talk and hear, both in person and by telephone - Use hands repetitively to operate computers and standard office equipment. - Reach with hands and arms lifting up to 30 lbs. - Close vision, distance vision - Answer the phone with the second ring. - This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. We should keep all. Now Benefits: list from "Benefits In addition to providing our employees a great culture, we offer competitive benefits* that address life’s necessities and perks, many of which expand and improve year after year, including:" then bullet list: - Incentive/Commission/Bonus opportunities (Based on role / grade level) - 401(k) retirement savings plan with matching company contributions, eligible on your first day! - Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision, company paid short-term disability, and long-term disability) and life insurance benefits for you and your dependents. - Warehouse Merchandise Discount! - Paid time off & paid holidays (depending on role and month of hire) - Career Growth & opportunities within several channels (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical, Handyman, Customer Service and others). Your career at Ace is more than just a job. It’s a chance to be part of something meaningful. We help locally-owned businesses thrive and make an impact in their communities. - You are joining a team that’s committed to your success and invested in your future. We provide the tools, hands-on training, formal education, and coaching to help you become a trusted expert in your craft, grow your career, and make a meaningful impact serving co-workers, customers, and your community. - Robust Employee Assistance Program, which will provide professional assistance for personal, legal, financial, work, childcare and elder care support. - Benefits are provided in compliance with applicable laws, plans and policies. We need to keep all substantive info. Some sentences are long; we can keep as list items. Now Pay: compensation details: "$20 - $25 per hour". Also there is a disclaimer about pay range could be higher etc. We should include the disclaimer? It's substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about compensation decisions. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The disclaimer about pay range could be considered legal? It's about compensation decisions; might be considered boilerplate but it's specific to pay. However it's a disclaimer about pay range. Might be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to omit? The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. The disclaimer is legal. So we should omit that. Keep only the pay range. Now we need to ensure we don't include any duplicated lines. Also remove "Want To Be Notified When New Jobs Are Posted?" etc. Remove EEO etc. Now produce HTML. Structure:
