Monday through Friday; 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

A Day in The Life of an Operations Associate
- Handle incoming shipments
- Perform verification of supplier inbound, customer returns, and branch returns
- Enter order receipts into computer systems
- Perform quality assurance inspection
- Utilizes available equipment to stage and put away inbound material

Education & Experience
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- No experience required / entry level
- 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred
- Forklift Experience
Skills & Requirements
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Pay
$22.40 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday; 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Additional Information
Compensation details may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. In addition, Wesco offers a benefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
