Schedule

1st shift; part-time, seasonal. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures station and table set-ups are complete, replenished, and ready for service at the start of the shift; performs side duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team (buffing glassware, silverware, roll-ups, etc.).
• Accurately takes food and beverage orders and serves all requests while utilizing suggestive-selling techniques and adhering to service timing standards.
• Pre-buses all tables throughout the guest’s dining service and ensures tables are cleared upon completion of service.
• Enters guest orders into the point-of-sale system accurately, presents completed guest checks, and secures/processes proper payment methods.
• Routinely ensures the guest experience is satisfactory and initiates recoveries when presented with guest issues.
• Maintains proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and guest-service equipment.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a food server within a casual full-service restaurant environment.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible shift if needed.
