About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects from design to completion. Manage teams, ensure quality standards are met, and collaborate with clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution
- Manage team of carpenters, masons, and other construction workers
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and codes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
Schedule
