About the role

As an AdvancedSenior Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing complex datacenter infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality installation anddecommissioning of network and cabling systems. This position requires ahands-on leader who can manage multiple crews, drive operational excellence,and deliver sustainable, repeatable solutions. You will collaborate withstakeholders to remove obstacles, maintain compliance with safety and industrystandards, and provide structured feedback on project progress. Your expertisein fiber optics, copper splicing, structured cabling, and data centertechnologies will be essential in creating accurate material lists, reliableestimates, and coaching team leads to achieve performance metrics and SLAs.This role demands advanced technical knowledge, strong customer relations, andthe ability to develop and implement installation teams while maintaining datacenter cleanliness and quality workmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Installation/decommissioningof network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment.
• Deliversustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement.
• Providestructured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders.
• Exhibitquality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness.
• Followall production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices.
• Collaboratewith various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Readingand comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work.
• Broadunderstanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.

• Knowledgein providing reliable estimates/quotes to customers.
