Union Assistant Server

Responsibilities

• Pre-bussing, clearing, and resetting tables throughout the shift.
• Assist the server with all food and beverage requests, including running food orders from the kitchen.
• Ensure station, glassware, and table set-ups are complete, replenished, and ready for service at the start of the shift.
• Perform side duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

Requirements

• Able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule.
• Holds a valid California Food Handler’s Card.
• Able to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
