Uniform Room Seamstress/Seamster

Responsibilities

Fittings, sewing and alterations using all the necessary equipment such as a sewing machine, over lock machine, blind stitch machine, steam iron, scissors and rippers; and recording transactions.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 3+ years' sewing experience
• Experience using a sewing machine, over lock machine, blind stitch machine, steam iron, scissors and seam ripper

Preferred Experience

• Using a heat seal machine

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.29 - $20.90/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
