Responsibilities
- Order, receive, sort, and distribute uniforms, shoes, and required tools/equipment to staff.
- Collect returned items; inspect for damages and remove unserviceable items from circulation.
- Issue and/or order replacements as necessary.
- Ensure timely availability of required sizes and equipment for all staff.
- Maintain detailed records of issued and returned items.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct routine inventory checks.
- Complete and maintain all paperwork related to inventory control and employee issuance logs.
- Maintain sufficient supply levels and proactively reorder inventory as needed.
- Keep the uniform room clean, well-organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Label, categorize, and maintain a logical system for easy item retrieval.
- Conduct regular locker inspections to ensure compliance with uniform policies.
- Report violations or concerns to management for resolution.
- Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar inventory, uniform, or logistics support role.
- Experience in hospitality, airline, food production, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory as needed.
- Hands-on approach and ability to multi-task.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay
$21.25 hourly.
