What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in Oracle Primavera Unifier administration.
- Experience specifically within a K-12, Higher Ed, or Public Works environment is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Unifier uDesigner and Data Picker configurations.
- Experience integrating Unifier with Primavera P6 for schedule-driven cost logic.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and reporting is a plus.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement, prevailing wage requirements, or capital project accounting is a significant advantage.
- Ability to interface with the Office of Technology and external construction management firms to maintain system security and performance.
What You'll Do
- Licence Management: Manage access for hundreds of internal staff and external contractors, ensuring our Standard, Portal, and Collaborator licenses are optimized and compliant.
- Workflow Design: Use uDesigner to build and refine the Business Processes that move millions of dollars. From Change Orders to RFIs, you make the "paperwork" fly.
- Support & Tickets: Troubleshoot system bugs, unlock accounts, and clear the path for progress when a Project Manager is stuck at 4:00 PM on a Friday.
- Reporting & Data: Turn raw data into executive-level clarity. Whether it's a custom User-Defined Report (UDR) or a dashboard for the Bond Oversight Committee, you make the numbers talk.
