Responsibilities
- Resolve user incidents related to voice and video communications
- Troubleshoot vendor-specific video teleconferencing systems
- Support Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs)
- Provide weekly reports
- Assist with installation of data and voice equipment
- Create operational documentation
- Work with Cisco-based solutions in a team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in networks and security, or 7+ years of experience without a degree
- DoD 8570 IAT II certification (Security+)
- Cisco CCNA Voice or equivalent
- Experience with Cisco VTC, VoIP endpoints, CUCM, Cisco Meeting Server, and collaboration protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP)
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, STP, DHCP, and routing protocols
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Cisco Expressway
- QoS configuration
- SolarWinds QoS tools
- VMware vSphere
- Active CCNA certification
Security Clearance
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work.
