Key Responsibilities
- Support underwriters with day-to-day account management and policy administration
- Aid in new business submissions, renewals, endorsements, and policy issuance
- Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare underwriting files, schedules, and internal reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate records within underwriting systems and databases
- Offer general administrative and analytical support to the underwriting team
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance, underwriting support, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and underwriting systems
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
