Responsibilities
- Effectively manages application flow in Salesforce on a first-in first-out basis.
- Gathers accurate, timely information, using fact-finding techniques and tools.
- Reviews required elements of a merchant’s application to ensure the stability of CAN’s loan offers related to potential credit risks downstream, in accordance with CAN Capital Operations policies and procedures.
- Identifies missing, incomplete, or off information to ensure a full and complete picture of the merchant.
- Actions each merchant application, correcting merchant information, confirming or declining each application, as defined by procedures.
- Ensures each loan application has a complete checklist.
- Keeps accurate notes on reviewed applications, ensuring a clear audit trail.
- Consistently and efficiently works pipeline of applications meeting SLAs.
- Communicates issues and trends to leadership.
Requirements
- AA degree or higher in a business-related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in a professional environment is preferred, but not required.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience, preferred, but not required.
- Basic - Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and M. Teams.
- Ability to produce high-quality work within assigned SLAs.
- Ability to articulate clearly through written and verbal communication, internally and externally.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Ability to operate comfortably in a digital environment.
- Ability to work with limited supervision within authority limits in a fast-paced environment.
