About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that enhance educational outcomes and support the mission of the institution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student success rates
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance curriculum and teaching methods
  • Oversee program reviews and accreditation processes
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for educational programs
  • Provide leadership in addressing institutional challenges and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education or non-profit management
  • Proven track record of improving educational outcomes
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations
  • Experience with accreditation processes

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm
