About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that enhance educational outcomes and support the mission of the institution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student success rates
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance curriculum and teaching methods
- Oversee program reviews and accreditation processes
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for educational programs
- Provide leadership in addressing institutional challenges and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education or non-profit management
- Proven track record of improving educational outcomes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations
- Experience with accreditation processes
