About the role

This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with others while directly impacting the profitability of the business.
• Work for a national corporation that supports the development and training of its employees.
• Gain national exposure to our agents, insureds, and our Old Republic sister companies.
• Grow, maintain, and build your own book of business.
• Market and sell Great West Casualty Company products and services to insureds while partnering with agents.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in underwriting, sales, finance, banking, customer service, or a position where relationship building was key.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk.
• The ability to market and sell Great West Casualty Company products and services to insureds while partnering with agents.
