Underground Construction Supervisor

What you’ll do

• Supervise underground telecom construction crews and subcontractors
• Cookiering, boring, conduit, and fiber installation operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and utility requirements
• Track daily production, project milestones, and restoration work
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and utility representatives

What you’ll need

• Minimum 5 years of underground telecom construction experience
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure and underground utility construction
• Able to manage multiple crews and job sites
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Pay

The wage range for Underground Construction Supervisor is $50,000.00 - $75,000.00.
