About the role
The Unarmed Rover Supervisor will oversee officers and shifts at several regional sites in Montgomery County.
Responsibilities
- Patrol property to secure premises
- Maintain building, equipment, and access point safety
- Identify and deter suspicious behavior
- Manage security guard services contracts effectively
- Communicate with staff and the public both verbally and in writing
Requirements
- Previous supervision experience
- Clean driver record
- Understanding of being a visible deterrent to crime
- Experience managing security guard services contracts
- Effective communication skills
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- MD Security Guard Certification
- Unarmed CPR/First Aid
