Unarmed Security Officer- Gallatin, TN 1st and 2nd shift

About the role

Marksman Security is now hiring Licensed Security Officers for 1st and 2nd shifts in Gallatin, TN. The pay rate is $20.42 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Mobile foot patrol throughout commercial facilities
• Deter criminal activity, protect property, and enforce rules on a property
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position
• Patrol areas and conduct security checks
• Provide protection for equipment and workers in factories and offices
• Check the credentials of vehicles and individuals entering and exiting the premises

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid TN Security License
• Valid TN Driver's License
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, including completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is not required but is a plus
